Marvel not if the world hate you – it hated Christ first. Worldlings cannot own up to the reason they hate God – not even to the fact that they hate God. They rely on ridicule and condescension of what they do not and cannot comprehend.
If this were simply an aberration, I would not worry too much. However, it is merely the tip of a spear hurled by secular forces that grow more emboldened daily. The essentially shared morallity of America I was born in during the early 1950′s has long ago been laughed into irrelevance….when not systematically dismanted by wretched folk with agendas that war against fundamental decency and biblical truths and God Himself. In the early 70′s and stationed with the Army in Germany I met Christian men who snuck across the borders of eastern block communist countries to find freedom in the west. I wonder brethren, if and when the day comes here, and the freedoms we have known have been sucked out of our country by judges whose judgements are informed soley by desires of homosexual, and leftist organizations , and they turn to us to make us outlaws for an active life of faith in Christ – where will we run? To which country?
