Victoria always played a zany character. This one is rather poignant despite tha zaniness. Victoria and her family live near the area where I live. I see her from time to time and I can never get the SNL character out of my mind when I see her.

It is also the appropriate level of intelligence of our educational system’s graduates by the tenured idiots who babysit them.
