Billy Graham was wrong.
I heard this some years ago and I was made sick to my stomach. Thanks to MacArthur for having the courage to do the right thing and expose Graham. It hurts me to say that BG must be a fraud because a Christian could not believe the things Graham claimed to believe because there is no agreement with the Bible in his said beliefs. These are not gray areas where disagreement can be tolerated. Graham denies fundamentals in this clip. I saw the actual video of the Larry King Show where this thing aired. Sad, very very sad……….
I also have heard and read these comments from/of Graham before. Further proof that all men are vulnerable to the subtle allure of the applause of men, falling prey to the lie that general revelation is sufficient for salvation and reducing God to a lump of Silly Putty to be molded into whatever man wants.
I wonder about BG’s mental health in his later years. The stuff he claimed to believe in this clip runs against the grain of many of the sermons he preached in his earlier years. Maybe senility? Curious and sad…
A Billy Graham Evangelistic “Festival”, as they are now called, is being planned in my area by several people who I know are “born again” believers. I know people get saved at these events when the gospel is preached but my concern is for the amount of false converts due to the confusion that exists by also implying all paths lead to salvation. This is heartbreaking.
The Bible says we must enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it. ( Mt. 7:13-14)
Oh man I had to read that title 3x to make sure I was reading it correctly, couldnt beleive my eyes.
There’s definitely a case of hmm some sort of mental trouble going on with that person.
