Relevant Rick reminds me of a used car salesman from Van Nuys… ‘ This little beauty was only driven to church by a little old lady and it was down hill both ways ‘.

All I can say is AAAAAAHHHHHH!
Anyone who’s had the misfortune of reading Warren’s “Purpose Driven Church” would already know the “secrets” revealed by the guy from slate about how Warren built Saddleback. It makes me puke a little to think of so many pastors who treat Warren as a pastor, and one that should be looked to as a mentor and leader.
I read his church book while researching some of the worldliness in my former church. I do credit Warren with being the secondary cause for me studying the Bible more.
