Note: The title applied to the video itself is misleading.  The only way anyone can receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit is to be regenerated by a sovereign work of God. Once regenerated, a soul has already been baptized by the Holy Spirit, and will be indwelt by Him for all eternity!!!  There is no ‘second blessing’ in the pentecostal understanding. Yet, in spite of the video’s title, there is sound doctrinal teaching here!
