It’s no secret the Constitution of the United States has been under attack for quite some time now. You know about the recent ‘hate crimes’ legislation in the news….but are you aware of the REAL ID Act? Are you aware how many states have passed legislation refusing to implement this law?

How about the recently signed GIVE Act under President Obama?  The Bill’s mission is unclear. So is it’s authority, but it would apparently be controlled from the White House through the Cabinet…and on April 21, 2009, President Obama signed the GIVE Act into law.

As of May 9th, 2009, 36 states have united together under the 9th and 10th Amendment of the Constitution, reaffirming their sovereignty…and more states are following suit.
